When will you be shipping my order? 
Processing times vary between 2 up to 7 business days. Once your order is shipped we will contact you with your tracking information
 
 
What shipping service do you use?
If you decide on FREE SHIPPING we will be using Tracked International Postal Service (USPS, Correos De Mexico, Canada Post, etc) In case you opt for Expedited shipping we can use either FedEx or DHL
 
How long will my product take to arrive through FREE SHIPPING?
Shipping times have been super crazy lately, but slowly going back to normal. With sometimes taking two weeks to arrive, and some other packages shipped on the same day, same weight, etc, taking up to 30 days to arrive. Please be patient.

 Is it possible for me to change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t been shipped we can gladly cancel your order.
 
 
 I forgot to include my discount code with my order, can you modify my order? 
We are unable to make any price adjustments or modifications to existing orders. We are unable to manually add discount codes after purchase. Please be sure to review your order thoroughly before clicking to submit and or confirming your purchase.
